Coupling Stencile Machine

The coupling stenciling system, actually it is an auto marking system, integrated with coupling painting system or use separately for marking on couplings.
The online coding equipment consists of coding equipment, position moving system, and electrical control system.
① The coding system consists of a coding host screen and a nozzle. The nozzle is an ink cartridge mechanism that can be replaced by changing the ink cartridge to change the coding color.
② The position mobility system includes a walking motor, a linear module, and a cabinet base.
③ The electrical control system is connected to the production line PLC mode through Siemens PLC communication. The formula selection and product specifications are changed on the touch screen of the production line, and the main printing content is changed by operating the touch screen of the inkjet printer host.
④ Work flow: The coupling step reaches the coding station, and the material sensor detects and sends a coding start signal. The coding machine moves the nozzle forward to a position 3-5mm away from the coupling according to the coupling specifications, then starts printing and moves upward to complete the printing. It retreats back to the standby point and waits for the next coupling to arrive at the coding station.

In the event of a malfunction in the coding section, the system can independently stop the coding section without affecting the operation of the painting section.

Note: The minimum distance from the chassis to the printed content (20mm for letter heights within 12.7mm and 50mm for letter heights within 25mm) (as shown in Figure 2 below)
Mark spraying ability: 1) Spray printing position: coupling surface; 2) Character height: can spray 2 lines, with a maximum character height of 12.7mm per line; 3) Printing content: 1. Date, time, expiration date, counter, shift, batch number; Factory logo, factory name API, logo, common symbols, and special characters, etc; 4) Supporting interfaces: USB flash drive (2.0) and RS232; 5) Operation interface: color touch screen, picture menu; 6) Display screen: touch screen; 7) Independent nozzle: The nozzle is separated from the host and has multiple nozzle combinations for easy operation; 8) Barcode: Supports printing barcodes and QR codes.
