Coupling Phosphating System

The design of the coupling degreasing and phosphating production line is a closed high-rail gantry crane production line with automatic phosphating production line equipment that operates vertically and horizontally. The equipment mainly consists of a tank, a rail rack, a gantry crane, a hanging basket, a wire rack, a work platform, a piping system, an auxiliary tank circulation system, an exhaust gas extraction system, and an electrical control system.
The production line adopts PLC programmable controller, and through the touch screen computer, it can dynamically display the operation status of the production line, such as various process parameters such as time, temperature, and faults, creating a friendly human-machine interface and highly automated equipment.

The closure room of phosphating is next to factory wall, sucker-fan and air duct are connected, the air going through the duct to cleaning tower, after treatment and filter in the equipment, the air go out to the environment.
The main process of phosphating includes Ultrasonic degreasing; Water washing; Surface activating; Phosphating; Water washing; Passivation.
Sometime, the same process go twice in two tanks or three tanks.
According to user's requirements and space available for machine system, the details are different from each other.
