Steel Pipe Rust Removal Machine

Rust-removal machine is used for remove the surface rust on steel pipe before the following process of steel pipe finishing.

The rust-removal machine is consisted of roller path, rust-removal booth and dust filter system.

The working principle of this system is that the roller path conveys steel pipe going forward to rust-removal booth and spin the steel pipe at the same time, so steel pipe go through the rust-removal booth forward and spin the pipe. Inside of rust-removal booth, there are motors drive strong steel wire brushes spinning and remove the rust on steel pipe surface during it go through the wire-brush group. A lot of rust-dust will be released into the air during steel pipe going through the booth. There is a equipment of dust filter, see below.

Air duct covers on the top of rust-removal booth, and connect to the filter system. The rust will be collected into the dust trolley at the bottom of the equipment.
