Pipe Hydro Testing Machine

Hydrostatic test is required during tubing and casing production. Tubing and casing are required to be tested under certain pressure to check the leaks and structure flows to avoid unsafety before the tubing and casing get used.
The testing medium is clean water. Test the steel pipe under high water pressure to check the pipe.

There are three working modes: manual, automatic and maintenance;
Pressure precision: The detection precision of pressure sensor is 0.5%,
control precision is ±1% (the test is done under maximum pressure)
Calibration certificate can be provided
Pressure fluctuation of stable pressure (stable pressure 5S): pressure fluctuation﹤100psi.
The working principle, machine running steps are as follow:
Get steel pipe from table → alignment → washing → feedstock → clamping → fill end equipment arrives the required position → exhaust equipment arrives the required position → pre-sealed→exhaust by filling water → close exhaust valve → close fill valve → increase pressure → keep pressure → relief pressure → exhaust end equipment and fill end equipment move bake → loosen clamp → deliver pipe(send sign if the equipment is unqualified) → blow without water → turn the pipe over discharge frame(turn the pipe to waste basket if the pipe is unqualified) → turn to the next cycle.
According to user's requirements and space available for machine system, the details are different from each other.
