Weigh Measure Mark Stencil System

Before tubing and casing get packed into bundles and in storage, the tube and casing should be weighed, length measured and stencil the information on steel pipe body. This equipment is used for this.

The entire process is monitored and controlled by an industrial computer and PLC. The equipment includes a weighing device, a length measurement device, a spraying device, and a step steel moving device. Automatic metric to English conversion for length, weight, outer diameter, and wall thickness.
Adopting a single spray printing method, the size and spacing of the spray printing characters can be adjusted, with a character height of 10 mm to 48 mm (the characters are always positive), and the spray printing length: can be full length spray printing, and the starting spray position can be set; The characters sprayed on the steel pipe are clear, without deformation, and can be suitable for all steel pipes within the above specification range. The other requirements for spray printing should comply with GB/T 2102 "General Provisions for Acceptance, Packaging, Marking, and Quality Certificates of Steel Pipes".

This system can perform automatic production process control, which is controlled by a computer to complete the weighing, length measurement, and label spraying processes. The main control computer displays the distribution status of steel pipes on each workstation in a screen display, and sprays the length, weight, and other corresponding information of the measured steel pipes on the corresponding steel pipes according to international standards.
This system has various operating modes, which can record, store, and statistically analyze the production status of products, and can print and output various reports according to requirements. Specifically, as follows:

• Manually pre-set and modify project, product, operation and other related parameters;
• Automatically determine whether it is qualified or unqualified. Steel pipes that do not meet the requirements for length measurement and weighing will receive an unqualified signal, and the system will automatically complete the relevant process work according to the process requirements. And send a point-to-point marking signal to the subsequent workstation PLC;

• Can summarize production according to requirements (steel grade, specification, furnace batch number).

• Automatic cleaning and regular cleaning of nozzles;
• Sprayable steel pipe information QR code for easy tracking and traceability of information;
• This system can collect and store production process parameters, equipment operation parameters, energy consumption parameters, and send single steel pipe information to the L2 level factory; Factory L2 can also directly send production preparation information to this system;
• This system can automatically generate production information (which can also be manually operated); Automatically track material information and generate bundled steel pipe information (such as furnace number, batch number, shift, total weight, total length, and steel grade) based on production packaging needs
