Coupling Painting System

In coupling production factory, coupling painting system is needed. It does not only provide required painting on coupling according to API standard, but also provide stenciling and color band painting.
The working steps and descriptions are as follow:
1.Complete the replacement of production line tooling according to product specifications, and continuously stack the products onto the chain conveyor by staff (overweight products are assisted by workshop cranes) to complete the loading process
2.The product will be conveyed to the automatic external coating spray room at each step of 1 station. The automatic external coating spray room is equipped with a self-rotating system that rotates the workpiece as it moves through the room. The automatic spraying machine's induction switch detects the workpiece and begins spraying paint. The external coating uses a high-precision CNC spray gun with a liquid.
3.After spraying, the leveling time in the leveling chamber is 2 minutes. Then, it enters the drying chamber for heating and drying the surface paint film, with a drying time of 20 minutes.
4.When the workpiece moves to the color ring painting area, the automatic spraying mechanism's induction switch detects the start of the workpiece's color ring spraying. The color ring spray gun is composed of four high-precision air spray guns distributed in two layers.
5.The color ring spraying is performed simultaneously with the anti-rust oil spraying. The internal coating machine induction switch detects that the workpiece servo motor drives an internal coating extension gun for internal coating. After the internal coating is completed, it is conveyed to the unloading area by a chain.
6.The next part is completed by the staff (overweight products are assisted by the workshop crane)
Equipment composition: drying furnace, leveling chamber, chain conveyor system, automatic external coating system, automatic color ring spraying system, automatic internal anti-rust oil spraying system, PLC integrated control display system, etc.

According to user's requirements and space available for machine system, the details are different from each other.
