Steel Pipe Painting Machine

In OCTG production line, pipe painting or varnishing is one required processing. There are normal painting and varnishing, and UV painting two kinds of coating and powder coating three methods. Here introduce the normal painting and varnishing in OCTG production.
The steel pipe painting system includes:
1.Chain conveyors before painting booth

2.Painting booth and paint pump system

3.Chain conveyors after painting

4.Turning device to fetch pipe from chain conveyor to drying bed

5.Chain bed that used for conveying painted steel pipe for twenty minutes. Someone call it drying bed because painted pipe get the paint dry-up in this area. A drying room is adopted here to speed up the drying and control the temperature inside of the room. VOC system can also be used here for cleaning the air mixing with paint. Or a simple method to speed up the drying, fans can be adopted for air drying.

6.Electric control system
The whole painting or varnishing can be done automatically. Steel pipe get transmitted on chain conveyor, to the painting booth; the painting or varnishing get started automatically in the booth, and paint for several seconds according to program; steel pipe move-out from painting booth automatically; turning device fetch pipe from chain conveyor and put it on drying-bed; heating system control the temperature and keep the drying room in a certain range of temperature for drying up the painted steel pipes.
According to user's requirements and space for painting, the proposal can be different.
